Internship Support

FACA is raising funds to assist students participating in internships during summer 2012.

Ralph Bunche Endowed Scholarship

We are currently raising funds and anticipate awarding this scholarship to two Fletcher students of color by the 2012-13 academic year.

  Career Panel

FACA hosts a career panel annually in conjunction with The Fletcher School’s DC Career Trip. Panelists are alumni of color with careers in non-governmental organizations, and the public and private sectors.

Mentoring Program

FACA established a mentoring program for students who identify themselves as people of color and will be interns in Washington, DC during the summer. Students meet informally with an alumni mentor once a month to receive advice on career development.

Social Events

FACA hosts happy hours to serve as networking events, to allow members of the Fletcher community to reconnect and promote our members’ professional activities.

Recruiting Fairs

A representative from FACA attends college fairs at the invitation of the Office of Admissions, and occasionally participates in information sessions with the Fletcher Schoolon the road.
